2. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our handmade press-on nails, HvnlyNails does not offer refunds for incorrect sizes ordered. We strongly recommend reviewing your measurements before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.
3.Processing Time
All orders are handmade and crafted carefully with love. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary based on order volume, and we will notify you via email once your order has been shipped.
4.Cancellations and Refunds
As all sales are final, we do not accept cancellations or refunds. Once an order is placed, we cannot alter or refund it under any circumstances. Please ensure that your order details, including nail measurements, are correct before confirming your purchase.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Delays: HvnlyNails is not responsible for shipping delays once your package is in the hands of the carrier. While we cannot control delays caused by the carrier, we will assist you in tracking your package and will do our best to provide updates as we receive them.
- Lost or Damaged Parcels: HvnlyNails is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during shipping. We ensure that all orders are securely packaged, but once shipped, responsibility for the package passes to the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to provide you with tracking information to assist you with this process.
-International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping! Please be aware that shipping times may vary based on your location, and customs fees, import taxes, or additional shipping charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
